Combiner Head-Up Display

As HMI (human machine interface), the combiner head-up display plays a special role in the Automotive segment. The driver can read relevant information off the combiner pane, which is made from plastic or glass, without looking away from the traffic situation. An efficient mirror system has to project this information from the PGU (picture-generating unit) into the driver’s field of vision in neutral colors and without any distortions and light losses.
