Deine Aufgaben

• 1st Level Support bei Anlagenstörungen in Produktionslinien, Störungssuche sowie Fehlerbehebung inklusive Ursachenanalyse
• Überwachung des Produktionsanlagenstatus sowie Planung und Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen und Wartungen
• Unterstützung bei Anlagenumbauten sowie Optimierungen bei Produktions- und Infrastrukturanlagen
• Bestellung sowie Verwaltung des Ersatzteillagers
• Führung sowie Aktualisierung von Wartungsplänen
• Begleitung und Unterstützung von Engineering-Projekten
• Bereitschaftsdienst 7/24 in Absprache mit dem Teamleiter Unterhalt

Strategy and Development

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice operation vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Contribute and lead new initiatives, projects in production improvement activities.

General and Task Management

• Effectively delegate any Production issues to be resolved on each shift.
• Identify areas of improvement to further drive up productivity among production team and improve OEE on production equipment.
• Commence daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of production site. Set up transparent reporting system to monitor and control WIP, output from production line.
• Develop an effective production schedule and lead the production team to deliver effectively and efficiently.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive for excellence
• Full overview of production material inventory, setting up system with supply chain to ensure no material shortage to support production orders.
• Schedule both internal and external works maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
• Manage the team to ensure manpower availability, proactively manage dysfunctional production equipment together with maintenance and engineering team with the shift management.
• Responsible for On time delivery (OTD) of products to customer according to the agreed order confirmation given to the customer.
• Responsible for yield of production line after product hand-over by engineering team to operations.
• Manage production planning to ensure the maximum output of highest quality
• Produce written reports and make presentations
• Improve and maintain operator turn-over rates in production line. Take active steps to work with HR to control turn-over rate with mid and long term actions.
• Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.
• Manage the production team on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
• To ensure that production team adhere to safety standard and procedures.
• Ensure that production team operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies.

People Management

• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Production team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
• Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required.
• Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
• Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Motivate and coach the team to operational success
• Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems
• Review, implement and update company records eg training matrices, performance reviews, risk assessments
• Communicates KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware.

Relationship Management

• standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy.
• Communicate with stakeholders the impact of market change and potential effects on engineering design and development. Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
• Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.
• Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained.
