Materion Balzers Optics offers a wide range of customized laser scanning mirrors. Including the group of Galvano-Scanner mirrors, where the optical coating a deflection range from 22°-58° is taken into account and whose outer dimensions are adapted to the high scanning frequency.

The metallic coated Galvano-Scanner mirrors achieve a reflectivity >98%(avg) for the range of 450-5000nm. Optimized for selected wavelengths (e.g., @ 1064nm), a reflection >99% is available.
Protective layers guarantee a high environmental stability and thus an excellent long-term performance of these scanner mirrors.
